We assign a senior operator, build dedicated landing pages, track every call, and measure in SQLs. For a $1M+ practice, one new care plan at $5k LTV covers us for a month. We need to deliver 4-6 of those a month to justify our fee, and that's what we plan for.
Google Ads traffic starts within 2 weeks. Meaningful, optimized lead flow by day 60. SEO compounds over 6-9 months. If you need patients in the next 4 weeks, Ads Engine is the right starting place. If you want a defensible position in your market, Search Engine or higher.
When we sign you, we draw a 3-mile circle around your practice and don't take any other chiropractic clients inside it, ever, for as long as you're with us. If a competitor across town calls us, we refer them to someone else and tell them why.
Yes. Every ad account, landing page, tracking setup, and GBP asset is built in your name from day one. If you leave, we hand over credentials and you keep running with whoever comes next. We don't hold your marketing hostage.
The math doesn't work below $1M. Our fees plus ad spend need to sit inside a marketing budget that's 8-12% of revenue, and a sub-$1M practice usually doesn't have that capacity without starving the rest of the business. We can recommend two or three agencies that do great work at that stage.
