01. The Challenge: A Great Practice Nobody Could Find Online

Elite Wellness Chiropractic had a reputation problem. Not the bad kind. The kind where your patients love you but nobody new can find you on Google.

Their website was 8 pages. Traffic was stuck at 60-80 visits a month. To keep new patients coming in, Dr. Booher was spending her time at outreach events and spinal screenings instead of treating patients. It worked, but it wasn't scalable. And it definitely wasn't sustainable.

02. What We Did

We rebuilt their digital presence from the ground up. No gimmicks, no "proprietary frameworks." Just the stuff that actually moves the needle for local practices.

• Website rebuild + SEO foundation: We took the site from 8 pages to 61. Service pages, condition pages, area pages, all built to rank and convert. The old site looked fine. The new one actually works.
• Google Local Service Ads: We launched LSAs to get immediate visibility at the top of search results for high-intent terms. These are the people actively looking for a chiropractor right now, not scrolling past an ad on Instagram.
• Google Business Profile optimization: We overhauled every service description, expanded the geographic reach, and built a consistent posting cadence. The GBP is where most local patients make their decision. We treated it that way.

03. The Result

• 525%+ increase in website traffic. From 60-80 visits a month to over 500. Consistent. Compounding.
• 29x return on ad spend. $1,596 in LSA spend generated 19 qualified leads. At roughly $2,500 per new patient value, that's $47,500 in potential revenue from one campaign.
• #1 in the local market. Average Google Maps rank of 1.9 across the entire target area. 97% of the grid in the top 3.
